ClearMindVault uses professional third‑party production partners to create all physical products. Each item is made to order. Production times may vary based on product type, season, and order volume.

Color & Display Disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, or device variations. This is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments must be authorized and completed before production begins.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order is shipped, ClearMindVault is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

ClearMindVault follows a strict defective‑only replacement policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variations
Digital downloads
Normal wear and tear

Defective Item Replacement

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, email clearmindvault@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Minimum 3 clear photos showing the defect (required by our production partners)

Approved replacements are issued automatically.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information is accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, digital materials, and content on this website are the exclusive property of ClearMindVault. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
